. Real Estate associates are Independent Contractors competing not only with REALTORS associated with other real estate companies but also competing with associates within their own company. Successful associates have always become a 'company' within their 'company'.

even if one knows how to perform all the functions necessary to 'properly' Market a Property or Service a Buyer
, I believe it is impossible
for an individual to perform such functions in a timely and efficient
manner in 'today's world
, there is simply too
much to do with short-fused deadlines.

. If everyone does the same thing (e.g. Buyer Specialists), then you just have a bunch of 'Buyer Specialists' competing within their own team. Who is helping with the paper work, who is following-up on properties you are interested in while continuing to look at others, who is monitoring your loan pre-approval and making sure there is not a better loan program available, who is doing a more in-depth market analysis of a property you are considering making an offer on, who is doing in charge of the marketing of your present home if you are selling and buying, who??
